• Clinical & Executive Governance: Ensured the Annual Pain Summit and Board Meetings took place without a hitch, coordinating with medical staff to meet professional standards.

• Atmosphere & Creative Direction: Curated bespoke soundtracks and sourced specialized materials to ensure hybrid touchpoints felt intentional and high-end.

• Culture & Morale: Produced Annual Holiday and Awards parties and retirement celebrations to combat healthcare burnout, designed as high-joy escapes for the workforce.
